Class Policies

 

  •   Payment is due at time of registration to secure your spot.  No exceptions.
  • You may cancel by phone, email or in person up to one week before the class begins.  A refund will be issued IF a replacement for your spot can be found.  If not, no refund will be issued.  You are welcome to find a replacement to take your place.  No refunds will be issued if you do not show up for the class.
  • In case of inclement weather, instructor illness or cancellation due to insufficient registration, a full refund will be issued.   For inclement winter weather, the shop will be closed if school is cancelled in Sunrise School Division.  Please check radio and tv news and the announcement bar on the top of this website.
  • You are encouraged to arrive approximately 15 minutes before the start of class in order to set up your machine/work station.
  • There is a Keurig coffee machine available, if you would like to bring a pod (pods are available to purchase for $1).  There is also a small microwave and refrigerator that is available for use, if desired.
