Refund policy
Most items are final sale. However, returns and exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be returned in the same condition that you received it: clean, odour-free and with packaging.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item or quantity, so that we can make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for the item by your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
