Shipping policy

 


Needle Crafts + Studio is happy to offer shipping as well as local, in-store pickup.  Most orders will ship same-day (Tuesday through Friday)!

Shipping is through Canada Post, although there may be exceptions made due to extenuating circumstances (for example, postal strikes).  Standard insurance is $100.  If you would like to increase your purchase coverage, please contact us before placing your order.

Within Canada
All packages will be sent with tracking and insurance.  Standard delivery times are between 2 - 7 days, although delivery times may be longer in remote areas.

Flat rate shipping of $14.00 will apply to most orders under $200.00 (excluding oversize or overweight parcels).  Orders over $200.00 (before taxes) will ship FREE.
• NEW Lettermail Shipping •
Lettermail shipping is now available for select items. Please contact us to make sure your purchase qualifies BEFORE ordering so that Lettermail Shipping can be applied to your order.  Lettermail shipping applies to CANADIAN ADDRESSES ONLY. Lettermail shipping is untracked and can take considerably longer than tracked shipping. Needle Crafts + Studio is not responsible for lost items and items will not be resent.  This shipping option is at the buyer’s risk. 
Local Pickup
In store pickup is always available as an option.  Simply select it at checkout and you will be notified by email when your order is ready.
USA (Continental)
All packages will include tracking.  Delivery times will vary depending on processing through Customs and geographical location.  Most items will arrive within 14 business days.

International

Yes!  Needle Crafts + Studio will ship internationally.  Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Needle Crafts + Studio cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We will work with the shipper to track packages, but no refunds will be issued and goods will not be re-shipped.

Customs + Duties
Needle Crafts + Studio is not responsible for any customs, taxes, broker/processing or duty fees.
